Super Yummy Grilled Chicken Wings

Just a few ingredients and some time at the grill and you’ll have some wings that will fly off the platter!

12 to 14 whole chicken wings at room temperature
¼ cup Lawry’s seasoning
¼ cup Cavender’s seasoning
¼ cup Tony Chachere’s seasoning

Equipment:  Natural gas grill
Large platter and aluminum foil

Serves 3 to 4

Grilling time:  30 to 40 minutes

Mix the seasonings together and place in a shaker.

Heat your Natural Gas Grill to medium high.

Lightly season one side of wings, place seasoned side on grill. Be sure just to lightly season because you are going to season them each time you turn or flip them.  Season side facing up.  Let cook for ten minutes.  Adjust temp if needed, keeping an eye out for flare ups.

Turn or flip wings and season again.  Let cook another 10 minutes.  Adjust placement on grill if needed, making sure nobody gets too crispy. Turn or flip and season once more.  Let cook for another ten minutes.  Wings should be just about perfect.  If they need another round, go ahead.  Sometimes wings vary in size and the bigger ones require more cooking time.

When wings are finished, place them on the platter and cover with tin foil.  Let them sit for a few minutes.

Serve with a side salad, ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, oven roasted new potatoes and asparagus, your beverage of choice, and ENJOY!
