Baked Buffalo Wings

Baked Buffalo Wings

There are only three ingredients in this recipe. What could be easier!

 

buffalo wings4 pounds frozen chicken wing sections, defrosted
Salt
2 bottles of your favorite buffalo wing sauce

Equipment:  2 large baking sheets
heavy-duty aluminum foil
parchment paper
Natural Gas oven

 

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Completely line each pan with foil. Place parchment paper on top of the foil and grease with vegetable oil.

Dry the wing sections well with paper towels, sprinkle on all sides with salt, and arrange on the lined pans.

Roast for 25 minutes and remove from the oven. Place wings in a large bowl (use tongs!), add the buffalo sauce, and coat well. Arrange the wings on the baking sheets again and pour any sauce remaining in the bowl over the wings.

Place pans back in the oven, turn the heat to 450 degrees, and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes or until quite done.

Rest for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite dressings and sides.
