Chicken and Artichoke Pizza
Nutritious, delicious, and quickly fixed–this pizza recipe is a mom’s BFF!
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breasts
2 small prebaked pizza crusts
4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small jar non-marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
6 to 8 whole fresh basil leaves
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Equipment: Natural gas oven
Prepare pizza crusts and preheat oven according to package directions.
If making two small pizzas, divide the ingredients equally between the pizzas. Top each crust with tomato slices, sprinkle with minced garlic, and add the chicken, artichoke hearts, basil leaves, and mozzarella.
Bake pizzas according to package directions–in a natural gas powered oven, of course!
