Cheesy Corn Dip

This quick-to-make appetizer will keep hungry family and guests happy while they wait for the main attraction.

8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 cups frozen corn, cooked
1 cup crispy fried onions
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Equipment: Natural Gas stovetop and oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat a small casserole dish with olive oil.

In a medium mixing bowl cream the cream cheese and blend in the sour cream and salt. Add the Pepper Jack cheese and mix well. Add the corn and onions and mix in well with a spatula.

Pour the dip mixture into the casserole dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until the dip is hot. Serve with chips and veggies.
